This unique holiday home, set in its own 10 acre woodland, is timber framed and clad and is 177sq m (1900 sq ft). It is surrounded by a wide deck and has large living room windows overlooking the Ilen estuary with Baltimore in the distance.
The cottage has one double bedroom with an ensuite shower/bathroom and two further twin bedded rooms plus a further shower/bathroom.
The main open plan living area is 70 sq m (760 sq ft) with an extensive, well equipped kitchen including; Belling cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and spacious dining and sitting area offering a beautiful view to the water and beyond.
The house has underfloor heating using an aero-thermal system which uses the outside air to drive the heating system.
