What we collect

When you make a booking or send an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in a message field. Payments are processed by our payment provider and we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use your details to manage your booking, answer your enquiry and send the confirmations you would expect. We do not sell your data, and we only email you about news from the island if you have asked us to.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for seven years to meet our accounting obligations. Enquiry messages that do not lead to a booking are deleted after two years.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Write to privacy@inishbeg.com and we will respond within a month. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at any time.
